Choclate Mint Day
There are lots of different mint cultivars--many enjoy chocolate mint. it's flavor is a bit too mild to use alone as a flavoring to make cakes/cookies taste really chocolaty, but it can be used in addition to regular mint and any type of chocolate to add color and a bit of extra taste. Also tastes good in a cold or hot tea.
