World peace is long overdue--but the song goes.."Let there be peace on earth.. and let it begin with me". Personal mental/emotional peace lets us think more clearly, make better decisions and deal with everyday aggravations more constructively. How do we find "peace" in overstressed lives? Self evaluation and prioritizing is a good start, but some herbs may also provide support.
