~ Chemicals in Flea treatments are extremely toxic, but pets with fleas are miserable and the constant scratching can cause infections and general debility. Sometimes we do need to use the stronger stuff. I like to start with more gentle treatments and move on only if needed. In many instances, infestations are small and easily controlled...depending on your pet's general health, environment and exposure to other animals.
This is a nice smelling flea powder that should be used daily for several days and then only as needed. It can be rubbed into your pet's fur (it is slightly granular as it aids in deeper rubbing and massage into their coats) and it should be sprinkled into their bedding as well..or any other place in your home you feel may harbor fleas.
